Cardiology
The all-in-one solution for evaluating coronary artery ischemia and ejection fraction. Our software reconstructs tomographic data to deliver detailed 3D volumes, providing you with precise insights into the extent of coronary artery disease.
For ejection fraction and wall motion analysis, Oasis V3 goes further—displaying, filtering, and post-processing images to calculate ejection fraction with accuracy and efficiency. Bring clarity and confidence to your cardiovascular evaluations with the power of Oasis.
CardiacRequant
Oasis's comprehensive, vendor-neutral cardiac SPECT and SPECT/CT reconstruction application. The application is ultra-fast, taking advantage of the computer’s GPU for fully 3D implementation based on a true OSEM3D algorithm, which includes "resolution recovery" also known as "collimator deblurring". CardiacREquant uses the complete image volume in the iterative reconstruction procedure in order to increase the image quality & therefore improves the clinical reliability, diagnostic confidence and interpersonal diagnostic reproducibility.
Includes attenuation correction for:
-
Scatter Correction.
-
Depth-dependence of the point-spread function (PSF), thus reducing the collimators blur by pre-filtering the projections according to the frequency-distance principle.
-
Statistical noise, acting on the measured projections with a secondary regularization technique.
Data may be motion corrected using Cedars-Sinai motion correction module. The volume can be masked to eliminate extra cardiac activity, reoriented, and zoomed. The reconstructed series can then either be saved to the database or directly sent to third-party applications (Cedars or Corridor4DM) for quantitative analysis.
Cedars Cardiac Suite
Cedars Cardiac Suite is a third-party application for review and analysis of myocardial perfusion studies, developed by Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. CSMC Cardiac Suite is fully integrated with Oasis and includes Quantitative Gated SPECT (QGS), an interactive application for the automatic segmentation, quantification and wall motion analysis of gated myocardial perfusion SPECT/PET. Quantitative Perfusion SPECT (QPS) is an interactive application for the automatic segmentation, quantification, analysis and display of static (non-gated) short-axis myocardial perfusion SPECT/PET images. Quantitative Blood Pool SPECT (QBS) provides automatic segmentation and quantification of gated blood pool (red blood cells, RBC), SPECT.

Corridor 4DM
SPECT and/or PET is an optional third party application intended to provide processing and multidimensional diagnostic review displays of reconstructed cardiac emission tomography studies. 4DMSPECT is a comprehensive cardiac application designed to review and quantitatively analyze cardiac myocardial perfusion and gated blood pool SPECT nuclear medicine studies.

MUGA
This application specializes in assessing global and regional measures of ventricular function, with a primary focus on left ventricular (LV) performance both at rest and during exercise stress or pharmacologic intervention. Key features include advanced Fourier analysis that enhances projection quality through resampling to 16-time bins at each projection angle, alongside tail-drop correction for accurate results even when heart rates fluctuate. The application offers flexible region of interest (ROI) options, allowing users to choose between automatic or manual settings to meet specific clinical requirements. With comprehensive
function calculations, you can easily derive critical values such as Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF), End-Diastolic Volume, Peak Ejection Rate (PER), and Peak Filling Rate (PFR), providing a thorough evaluation of cardiac performance.
Key Features:
-
Advanced Fourier Analysis: Enhance projection quality with sophisticated Fourier analysis for gated series, resampling to 16-time bins at each projection angle. Tail-drop correction ensures accuracy even when the patient’s heart rate varies during acquisition.
-
Flexible ROI Options: Choose between automatic or manual regions of interest (ROI) to tailor your analysis to specific clinical needs.
-
Comprehensive Function Calculations: Obtain critical values such as Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF), End-Diastolic Volume, Peak Ejection Rate (PER), and Peak Filling Rate (PFR) for a thorough evaluation of cardiac performance.
