Quantitative Perfusion SPECT (QPS/QGS Companion) is an interactive application for the automatic segmentation, quantification, analysis and display of gated and un-gated short axis myocardial perfusion SPECT images.

Cedars-Sinai Motion Correction (MoCo)
MoCo is an application for the automatic and manual correction of SPECT acquisition motion artifacts. Pattern matching and segmentation algorithms are used in conjunction to minimize motion error metrics over the set of acquired projections; the resulting motion corrected projections are then presented to the operator for validation or modification.

Cedars-Sinai Quantitative PET (QPET)
Quantitative PET (QPET) is an interactive stand-alone application for the automatic segmentation, quantification and analysis of static and gated myocardial perfusion PET, with support for both short axis and transverse datasets. This module allows normal-limit based quantification of Rb-82 and N-13-ammonia perfusion PET images using databases created from scans of low-likelihood patients. Segmental stress and rest perfusion scores can be obtained using the 17- or 20- segment models. Attenuation corrected PET/CT Rb-82 and N-13-ammonia normal limits are provided with QPET. These normal PET/CT databases have separate stress and rest files and combine data from both genders (no differences after attenuation correction).

Cedars-Sinai Fusion/CT
Fusion/CT is an optional, add-on feature to QGS,QPS and QPET. Fusion/CT utilizes the 3D coronary artery tree representation provided by the vendor's CT Angiography (CTA) software. Fusion/CT provides a fused display of the coronary tree and the 3D LV surfaces with mapped perfusion or viability information. Graphics acceleration is used for a highly interactive performance. Coronary trees are colored and/or labeled using the information obtained from the CTA software.

Cedars-Sinai Quantitative Blood Pool SPECT (QBS)
QBS (Quantitative Blood Pool SPECT) is an interactive standalone application for the automatic segmentation and quantification of gated short axis blood pool (red blood cells, RBC), SPECT.

Cedars-Sinai PlusPack
PlusPack is an optional, add-on feature to QGS and QPS. A key advantage of the standard imaging geometry over semi-upright and upright imaging is the ability to perform both prone and supine imaging. This combined imaging has been a hallmark of the Cedars-Sinai approach for a decade, improving observer confidence. Its dissemination to other centers has been slowed to a degree by the lack of quantitative tools for the combined analysis. Prone-supine quantification allows a single measurement to be reported, representing the combination of prone and supine quantifications. This has been documented to improve the accuracy of SPECT interpretation over supine interpretation alone. The clinicians at Cedars-Sinai use this tool on every patient with questionable findings.
